- Performance goes further than the focus and energy pouches already out there. Plenty of products claim to sharpen your mind. Ours is designed to enhance mental focus and physical performance, with ingredients that also help support cardiovascular function. It's built for the days that ask for both.

Who formulates your products?
All of our formulations are built alongside a scientific advisory board of medical doctors and major league performance coaches. Every ingredient and amount is scrutinized by people who know the difference between a clinical dose and a label claim.
Is there nicotine in your products?
Nope. Every Intervel product is 100% nicotine-free and made on a supplement-only production line.
Are your pouches addictive?
All Intervel products are non-addictive. They contain no nicotine and no compounds with known dependency risk when used as directed.
Where can I purchase Intervel?
Intervel pouches will be available online through our website, on TikTok Shop, Amazon, and The Feed. If you're in Canada or Europe, our Performance pouches can be ordered through The Feed. We're also expanding into retail in the coming months. Stay tuned, we're moving fast!
Do your products contain artificial sweeteners?
Nope. Zero artificial sweeteners in any of our products. We could've used sucralose and launched sooner, but we don't like shortcuts.
Where are your products made?
All Intervel products are proudly made in the USA.

Performance
What is Intervel Performance?
Performance pouches are built to sharpen focus and energy (green tea caffeine), support endurance and aerobic capacity (cordyceps), aid cardiovascular function (taurine), and fuel energy metabolism (B vitamins). If you're looking for an edge and want to lock in both mentally and physically, then Performance is for you.
Will Performance make me jittery?
At 60mg, it's a low-to-moderate dose of caffeine, so it's far less likely to cause the anxiety or jitters. But if you're caffeine-sensitive, we recommend starting with one pouch.
How much caffeine is in each pouch?
60mg from green tea — about the same as a shot of espresso.
How long does it take to feel the effects of a pouch?
Performance is designed to deliver smooth, sustained energy. The onset is about 10 to 15 minutes, since a pouch absorbs through the mouth lining and skips digestion. For reference, a caffeinated beverage typically takes 30 to 60 minutes to kick in. Like other caffeine sources, the effect should last around 4 to 6 hours, with a smooth taper off.
Will Performance keep me up at night?
Performance contains 60mg of green tea caffeine per pouch, so using it in the evening may affect sleep depending on your caffeine sensitivity.
When should I use Performance?
Before workouts, during competition, or for high-focus work. Keep the pouch in for 30–45 minutes. Use whenever you need energy and focus, just don't exceed 400mg caffeine/day from all sources.
Why wouldn't I just have an energy drink?

It's for anyone who wants an effective tool to manage mood and stress, or a social buzz whenever the moment calls. No wrong time, just good vibes in a pouch.
What is Kanna?
Kanna is a succulent native to South Africa, revered and trusted for centuries for its mood-enhancing effects. Kanna's active alkaloids, primarily mesembrine and mesembrenone, work in the brain to reduce stress response and promote a positive, relaxed yet alert mental state.
What am I supposed to feel?
Bliss is designed to provide a subtle lift and mood boost. Most people will feel calmer and more present, but still clear-headed and alert rather than buzzed. It tends to take the edge off in social settings and under pressure, without the comedown or hangover you'd get from alcohol or THC.
Why is Bliss more expensive than your other products?
The main ingredient in Bliss is Kanna extract, which is meaningfully more expensive to source than the ingredients in our other products. That said, compared to other Kanna-based products out there, Bliss is actually one of the lowest cost-per-serving Kanna supplements you'll find.
Can I take Bliss before bed?
Yes. Bliss is not a stimulant, so it shouldn't negatively affect your sleep. In fact, most customers actually choose to use it in the evening to unwind and relax.
Will I build a tolerance to Bliss?
This largely depends on your own body chemistry. Kanna is believed to be non-habit-forming, and interestingly, some users report the opposite of a typical tolerance, describing a kind of reverse tolerance where they feel more sensitive to the effects over time rather than less. It's worth noting this is anecdotal rather than something clinical research has confirmed.
Is Kanna clinically validated?

Can I take Bliss with prescription medication?
We do not recommend pairing Kanna with prescription SSRIs or other anti-depressant medications. Please consult your doctor before use if you take any prescription medication.
Why can't you ship to Louisiana?
We are able to ship Bliss to all states except for Louisiana. The state has a law restricting certain botanical ingredients, and Kanna falls under that when sold for consumption. This is specific to Louisiana and is not a federal law.

Sidekick is a first-of-its-kind supplement made specifically for nicotine users. We're not here to villainize nicotine. if you want to keep using it, that's your call. Sidekick is simply designed to sit alongside your routine and help offset some of the downsides of habitual nicotine use.
Does Sidekick reduce nicotine cravings?
No. Sidekick isn't designed to replace nicotine or help you quit. It's formulated to offset the health impacts of the nicotine you're already using. Think of it as a complement, not a substitute.
Is Sidekick a form of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)?
No. Sidekick is not NRT and is not a cessation product. It contains no nicotine and is a supplement designed to offset some of the health impacts of regular nicotine use.
Does Sidekick have nicotine in it?

How do I use Sidekick with my nicotine pouches?
We recommend a 1:2 ratio — one Sidekick pouch for every two nicotine pouches. Use it before or after nicotine, or anytime throughout the day.
Will I feel anything when I use Sidekick?
Unlike Performance or Bliss, Sidekick isn't built to produce an immediate sensation. You may notice a subtle calming effect from the L-Theanine, but the real work happens in the background. The cardiovascular and nutrient benefits happen on a systemic level, building with consistent daily use rather than hitting you the moment you pop one in.
